Presentation Hotel Bolte
Hotel Bolte is a small, owner-managed hotel in the heart of Salzbergen. In 1868 Karl Bolte opened a restaurant for the first time under the same name. Since 2012 Silvia Wehkamp, the niece of the last descendant took over the restaurant and rebuilt it together with her husband as a hotel with a restaurant. Since 2021, a new restaurant, “Bei Gerda’s” joins them. Here you will find hearty specialties as cooked by grandma in a rustic ambience.
